We have over 40 employees, who possess unique experience and expertise. This is the main reason for the company’s solid position and good reputation in the market. CNC Produkter AS and MSP AS are sister companies in the group CNC-Holding AS. The companies, with their different but complementary expertise and machinery complement each other in an efficient way. The companies cooperate at all levels for the good of society, customers, employees and owners.
Our services
We machine in all types of material from plastic to high-alloy steel materials. Series size is from 1 prototype to several thousand. Necessary support is 2D and 3D files. Everything is then programmed in CAM software, before it is put into production.
We collect all documentation in our MPS system during the process, and everything is traceable the moment production is finished.
We check all incoming raw material against the ordered quality and specification. This is done by checking certificates, and where required, material is checked with PMI (Positive Material Identification)
All finished products are checked in the final inspection before delivery. Where required, a 3D coordinate measuring machine, NDT penetrant test and hardness test are used. MRB (document package) can be delivered on all orders.

One of the most important pillars of our delivery is quality. To achieve this, each individual employee is responsible and trained in meeting the customer’s quality requirements. Demanding measurements can be checked with a 3D coordinate measuring machine, or by using other advanced measuring instruments.
We also have our own quality department which carries out final checks and documentation of products according to the customer’s specifications. Our MPS system ensures 100% production management and traceability of the order cycle and accompanying documentation. Our customers should experience a quick response time to quotations, and a short lead time from order to finished delivery.
Modern machine park
The machining of details in steel, metals and plastics places great demands on expertise and machines. We have tailored the machinery to achieve great flexibility in the production of small and medium-sized series.
In our CNC-controlled turning centers we can process workpieces up to Ø850 mm, maximum length 3200 mm. Machining size in the machining centers is up to L 1500 x W 660 x H 660.
