Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for processing?
The privacy policy applies to CNC Produkter AS (hereinafter referred to as CNC Produkter) and their websites. CNC Produkter is responsible for the processing of personal data that is collected. We follow the Personal Data Protection Regulation (PVF).

2. Which personal data and the purpose of the processing
CNC Produkter processes the following personal data about you: Name, e-mail address and telephone number.

Contact form: The purpose of the processing is to contact you.

3. Processing basis
We only process personal data about you that you, via a clear affirmative action, have accepted that we are allowed to use. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by the user by sending an e-mail to firmapost@cnc.as. Upon withdrawal of consent, the personal data we have stored on you is deleted.

4. Access to and changes to the personal data we have stored about you
You can send an e-mail to firmapost@cnc.as to request an overview of all personal data we have stored about you, and how this information is used. We will respond as soon as we can and within 30 days at the latest.

5. Deletion of personal data
You can at any time send an email to firmapost@cnc.as to delete the information we have stored on you. They will be deleted within 72 hours of the request being received.

6. Processing of personal data
Only CNC Produkter employees with a business need process personal data about you. All employees are bound by confidentiality.

7. Notification of security breach
If a security breach should occur and your personal data goes astray, CNC Produkter has a duty to report this to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority within 72 hours after the breach is discovered.

8. Cookies on the website
Cookies are small text files that are stored and placed in your browser unless you have turned off this function in the settings of your browser.

9. Disclosure of information
CNC Produkter will not pass on or sell your personal data to third parties without your consent.
